WINGS Transparency And accountability toolkit

Accountability and transparency are perennial challenges within the global philanthropic sector, but solutions to realizing these values are very much within reach. Global Philanthropy Services has developed for WINGS (Worldwide Initiatives for Grantmaker Support) a toolkit on accountability and transparency. For more information, visit WINGS.

Strategic Talent Management

While foundations possess many valuable assets, there is one that stands out as among the most important: People. Without great people, a foundation’s mission goes unfulfilled, its business practices obstruct innovation and success, and its financial resources are wasted. Working with human resource professionals from around the world, Global Philanthropy Services has helped to develop several tools to advance strategic talent management, including materials that can be used for trainings on strategic people practice and a guide to staff exchanges. Global Philanthropy Services is also co-editing a book on strategic talent management in Chinese philanthropy, to be released in 2018. For more information on these resources, contact Global Philanthropy Services.
